Andrea Wigfield ImageDr. Andrea Wigfield has over 16 years research, consultancy and project management experience. She has successfully secured funding for and managed around 50 externally funded research, consultancy and training projects for a range of organisations including: the European Union; the European Foundation; government departments; local authorities; Business Links; Learning and Skills Councils; regeneration agencies; Voluntary Sector organisations; The Joseph Rowntree Foundation; The Nuffield Foundation; The British Council.

Andrea's expertise lies in the fields of labour market issues, particularly around gender, age and ethnicity; community regeneration; social enterprise; and social inclusion/exclusion. Andrea has particular experience in designing, organising and providing training for a range of clients at different levels ranging from local residents and community group representatives, through to very senior local authority managers. She is author of a book, and numerous reports and articles.

Dr Royce Turner ImageDr Royce Turner is a highly experienced researcher and report writer who has focused for many years on economic and social policy research, especially within areas experiencing economic change. He has particular expertise in regeneration policy design and evaluation; business plans; and working with disadvantaged groups. He has strong knowledge of community-led regeneration.

His experience spans both the practical and the academic. His consulting and advisory services have been sought by many local and national organisations, including local authorities, central government departments, regeneration partnerships, the Local Government Management Board, Arts Council and central government's Coalfields Taskforce. He is the author or editor of five books on economic and social regeneration, has appeared numerous times on national BBC television and radio to discuss economic change, and has written for national newspapers on policy issues, including The Guardian, The Times, The Observer and New Statesman.
