Attitudes Towards Work Amongst Bangladeshi and Pakistani Women in West Yorkshire, Learning and Skills Council Yorkshire and the Humber with ESF funding

Working closely with ANISSA UK in Bradford we trained local Asian women to assist in the research for this project. Interviews, focus groups and interactive poster displays were carried out with South Asian women across West Yorkshire to establish their attitudes towards work. A detailed action plan was developed based on the research designed to assist more South Asian women into work in the future.
