Evaluation of Pioneer Areas Project in South Yorkshire, Voluntary Action Sheffield

PEG carried out an evaluation of Objective 1's flagship community development programme across 14 towns and villages in South Yorkshire. The work involved interviewing community group members, community development workers, service users, stakeholders and policy makers, and designing and commissioning a DVD as an audio-visual summary of Pioneer Areas Project achievements. The evaluation was published as a book in 2007 entitled The Pioneer Way, with accompanying DVD.
