Ethnic Minority Women's Employability, Jobcentre Plus

PEG designed and delivered innovative training to help BME women, particularly South Asian women, improve their employability and get closer to the labour market. Delivered in Sheffield , sessions included life planning, confidence building, motivation training, assertiveness, group mentoring. Outcomes exceeded Jobcentre Plus targets.
